• From a lifter’s perspective, having a full understanding of the pros and cons of exercise in itself is an essential part of the growth process within your own body. Throwing down a dozen eggs and a protein shake before the gym won’t completely prepare you for the task of focusing your mind and thoughts on why you’re there in the first place. From what I’ve learned over the last few years, if your mind isn’t ready to accept the intensity of the workout you’re putting it through, then how can you ask your body to give you 100 percent? The two just don’t mix. That’s why I’m here!

    Whether you’re a skinny kid aiming to stack on 20 lbs, a middel-aged male/female aiming to get in better shape, or a seasoned bodybuilder looking for new training techniques, we all have some sort of goals. Without them it is nearly impossible to succeed.
