    2 scoops vanilla flavor whey protein

    1 scoop  banana flavor whey protein

    1 cup yogurt vanilla

    1 serving blueberries, strawberries

    1 cup natural oats

    and a scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream

    Add low fat milk and ice cubes

     

    WILDBERRY

    2 scoops strawberry protein

    1 cup mixed berries

    1 banana

    1 cup oats

    1 cup mixed berry low fat yogurt

    Milk and ice cubes

     

    VEGGIE/FRUIT SMOOTHIE

    5 oz orange juice

    1 banana

    1 kiwi

    1 apple

    ½ cup cucumber

    1 stalk kale

    ½ stalk celery

    ½ cup oats

    1 tbsp organic canola oil

    5 baby carrots

    5 strawberries/blueberries

    1 cup raspberries
